We make a mixture with:
- 1 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp. flour (or mixture with oat flour)
- 1 cup sugar (or brown sugar or agave)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp. nutmeg
Mix them all together and add:
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 6 tbsp. sunflower oil
For garnish:
- 1/2 cup raisins soaked in a drink (or a mixture of raisins and goji berries, soaked in rum or any liqueur you prefer),
- 1/2 cup grated walnuts
- Spread Goji berry-Apple-Cinnamon with Agave
- 4-5 apples (sliced)
- the juice of a lemon with which we sprinkle the apples so that they do not turn black.
- Drain the raisins and mix them with the flour mixture, and add the drink instead of part of the water of the recipe.
Mix gently with a spoon, until all the ingredients are mixed.
Pour into an oiled pan and lightly press the ingredients to become a homogeneous layer.
Spread the Spread Goji berry-Apple-Cinnamon with Agave
Arrange the apples on top, sprinkle with a little more apple-cinnamon spread, with the walnuts, raisins and Goji berries.
Bake at 180 C, about 30 ‘
Enjoy it hot or cold.
