Bruschetta with pickled Goji berry

  • 4 slices of bread (preferably baguette)
  • 1 ripe peeled avocado (medium size)
  • Pickled Goji
  • Black pepper


  1. Put the slices of bread in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 ° degrees.
  2. Peel the avocados and mash them in a small bowl or if it is ripe enough, spread the slices with the knife.
  3. Top with the pickled goji berry and sprinkle with some black pepper.
