Ingredients:

  • 15 lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 cabbage
  • rocket
  • spinach
  • Goji berry pickled from GOJI SPIRIT
  • 1 tbsp. Goji berries fresh or frozen

For the sauce

Instructions:

Wash and chop the vegetables. Put them on a large plate and add Pickled Goji berries and the fruits of Goji berries. Mix the sauce ingredients in the blender. Pour the salad with the sauce, dust some salt and serve.

Enjoy a fresh salad with vitamins and antioxidants!
