Green Salad with red beans and chutney goji berry

  • Mixed Green Vegetables ( Lola, Roka, Iceberg & Spinach)
  • 200g Red Beans (boiled or canned)
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 tbsp corn
  • 2 tbsp Chutney Goji Berry-Orange-Beetroot & Chili
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Olive oil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon

Wash our green vegetables properly and then cut them in a large salad bowl. Toss together the remaining ingredients in order red beans, avocado, corn. Mix and add the olive oil with the lemon juice and the chopped coriander. Finally, pour the goji berry chutney over spoons and enjoy this delicious salad with full of flavours. Adjusting chutney and/or olive oil & lemon if necessary.
