Your order can be canceled at any time as long as it has not yet been shipped by us.

Cancellation by you can be done by phone (2742025726 & 6976206333) or by email ([email protected]) within 24 hours.

If you are late and your order has already been shipped, then the order cannot be canceled and you must submit a product return request, using the process described above WHILE NOT RECEIVING THE ORDER FROM THE COURIER!

In the event that you wish to allow the whole of an order or any of the products you have purchased, you have the option to do so in accordance with the following special terms and conditions.

Products intended for return should:

• Be in the original delivery condition, (sealed as received) including packaging, gifts and accompanying material that may have been included.
• Not to have in whole or in parts
• To be sent by the recipient no later than fourteen (14) days.
• You have previously communicated your intention in writing and received our response.

The cost of returning the products is borne by the buyer. In the event that our company is responsible for the change/return of the product, then we bear the cost of return.

To be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice.

If the return concerns part of your order a new receipt will be sent with the products that will remain in your possession.

The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, i.e. if a transaction has been made by card, then the refund will be made to the customer’s card and not by transfer to his account.

The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
