SALAD
and for me its honor begins, as soon as the weather warms up. I definitely eat more salads in summer than in winter. They are refreshing, they can become a complete meal, as eat less in the summer anyway!
So, this week i found on my greek street market, tender baby spinach and fresh strawberries and I make you one of my favorite salads, in a fasting version, because I usually add blue cheese as well. However, it does not lose its taste and is a nice choice for lunch and at your table.
The dresing is simple but special as I had the opportunity to try the GOJI SPIRIT sauce with mountain tea and anise, which basically reminded me of vinegar, in a softer intensity with these aromas.
SPINACH SALAD WITH STRAWBERRIES
Ingridients:
for dressing:
WASH the vegetables in water and vinegar.
ADD spinach in a bowl without cutting it, maybe some big leaves ..
CUT the strawberries into slices. Finely chop the dill.
ADD all the ingredients. Mix.
DRESING. Mix all the ingredients well and pour over my salad.
As simple as the combination is, it is amazing and the taste contrasts are unique. The greatness in its simplicity. I do not hide from you that the GOJI SPIRIT sauce is so mild in taste that I added extra on top (watch photo below) and gave more intensity to tea and anise that I love.
